“MUSIC is what FEELINGS sound like”

Are you guys feeling me on this one?

There’s a lot that has been happening lately since the new year started. February is coming to a close in just a week and a half and I feel that we have done so much. I was told that this year was going to be a year of progress and I feel that it has been in it’s own way. Yes, I understand that not everybody will see this in the same light as I have but for those who are currently struggling: do NOT ever give up. We all tend to rush things in order to get what we want or look for some shortcut to obtain a short burst of victory. Slow it down, take your time, and relax. We tend to get sloppy in anything we do when we rush or hurry things up. Don’t worry now, all of your hard work will pay off in the end once your goal is reached whatever that may be. I know a few people that work super hard in everything they do. I respect that, they get things done. But they’re exhausted in the end. Try this: stop whatever you’re doing right now, put on some nice relaxing music, lay down and close your eyes and just let go. Don’t think of what you need to do, just let the music flow through you. Have the beat of the music drive you where it wants to go. Let your imagination explore the total freedom it has within your soul for it’s boundaries are limitless…
